Fascinating glimpses of Old Town Carnival in 1935. We think this is Devizes Road (That is certainly where Godwin Brothers had their Belmont Brewery shown in one scene. Godwin Brothers was run by Lucy Ann Godwin for much of it’s history, and some of the brewery buildings still stand opposite the Co-op car park).
