Viewpoint has always tried to provide some coverage of local festivals, – and WOMAD, (‘World of Music Arts and Dance), has been a very popular event a few miles west of us since 2007. Womad has now decided to move location, where is as yet unclear. A good time perhaps to place on record a flavour or impression of the festival as it has been nearby at Charlton Park.
