In 1983 we invited Mabsant, upcoming folk musicians from Wales, into the Swindon Viewpoint studio at Media Arts to play for us. (Introduced here by Ted Poole who co-ordinated the respected Swindon Folk Club for many years). Mabsant went on to receive international acclaim, play the likes of the Albert Hall and become the number one Welsh folk band. Here is a rare chance to see previously unreleased video of their early days and to see and hear Siwsann George, the leading light of Mabsant, who sadly died in 2005
